Development and operation of GoRunny, a QR ordering, payment and loyalty platform for restaurants, cafés and bars, sold as a software subscription to venues in Austria and the Netherlands.

Avant Systems, trading as GoRunny is registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42115024; there is no separate Austrian branch or register entry. Operating a software platform is not a regulated trade, so no trade licence (Gewerbeberechtigung) and no chamber or professional body applies in Austria, and no sector-specific supervisory authority supervises the service.
Payments are processed by the venue's own licensed payment provider, which is supervised in its own right. Fiscal receipts for Austrian venues are signed through an accredited provider under the RKSV. The Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) is the lead supervisory authority for data protection; how personal data is processed is set out in the Privacy Policy.
This notice is published to meet art. 3:15d of the Dutch Civil Code and the Dutch Commercial Register Act, and §5 ECG and §25 MedienG for the Austrian market. Prices on this website are stated for business customers and exclude VAT; supplies to businesses in other EU member states are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating in July 2025 and is no longer available. GoRunny is sold to businesses; we are not obliged to, and do not, take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
