# GoRunny

> GoRunny is a QR code menu, ordering and pay-at-table platform for every kind of hospitality venue (restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels and events) in the EU. Guests read the menu in their own language, then order and pay from their own phone, so tables turn faster and more of the menu gets ordered, on a flat subscription with 0% commission. One QR code runs the menu, the order, the kitchen display, the floor, the payment and the fiscal receipt.

Guests scan the table QR code and the venue's branded digital menu opens in the phone's browser: no app, no account, in any of 201 languages. They order and pay at the table by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or settle in cash with the waiter. The order goes straight to the kitchen display, the payment settles to the venue's own payment provider, and the fiscal receipt is signed automatically (Austria's RKSV is live today).

Why restaurants choose it: faster table turns, because nobody waits for a menu, a waiter or the card machine; bigger average checks from photos, recommendations, combos and one-tap refills; 0% platform commission; and happier guests, who order and pay in their own language, at their own pace. Owners also see where every minute of a service goes: kitchen, pass, floor and bill.

GoRunny is a software subscription, not a payment processor. Money never passes through GoRunny, and there is no platform fee or commission on any plan.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is the difference between a QR menu and QR ordering?

A QR menu shows your dishes on the guest’s phone. QR ordering also takes the order and the payment. GoRunny is both on one code: the menu in the guest’s language, with photos and allergens, and the order and the payment on the same screen.

### Can we use GoRunny as just a QR menu?

Yes. Until you connect a payment provider, your QR codes open your menu and your team takes the order; you can also keep it that way on purpose. Switch on ordering and payment at the table whenever you’re ready, on the same codes and the same plan.

### What does GoRunny cost?

One plan with everything in it: €49 a month billed yearly, €79 a month for a season, or €99 month to month, with 0% commission. Your first month is free.

### Is there a contract?

No. Cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

### Is there a limit on scans, orders or staff?

No. The one plan has no allowance to run out of: unlimited QR scans, orders and team members.

### What happens after I ask for my free month?

Two ways in. Buy in 1-click on a plan: your card starts the free month straight away and nothing is charged until it ends. Or ask for your free month: we reply within one business day and the month starts once we’ve approved your venue. Either way you import your menu, connect payments and print your QR codes, and you can take your first order the same day.

### Do we need new hardware?

No. Guests use their own phones. Your kitchen and waiters use any screen or phone you already have.

### Do guests need an app?

No. The menu opens in their browser. No download, no account.

### What if a guest won’t scan?

Your waiter takes the order on their phone. It reaches the kitchen the same way.

### Who holds the money?

You do. Payments go straight into your own payment provider account. GoRunny never holds guest funds.

### Is GoRunny RKSV compliant?

Yes. In Austria, receipts are signed through fiskaly. No smartcard, no extra hardware.

### Which payment providers and POS systems does it work with?

Stripe · Mollie · Unzer · SumUp. ready2order · helloCash · Lightspeed · gastronovi · SumUp. Or run GoRunny on its own, with no POS at all.

### How many languages does the menu speak?

201, translated for you. You can edit any translation.
